Most of our jewelry is 925 sterling silver. The materials of each piece are listed on its product page. If anything is unclear, email us at info@arcabox.ca before you order.

When a ring comes in more than one size, the available sizes are shown on its product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us at info@arcabox.ca and we will help you choose.

Yes. Use Add a gift note on the product page, or add a note in your bag before checkout.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your past orders.

We ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping is free on orders over $150 CAD in Canada and over $200 USD to the US. Below those amounts, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by customs or the carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

We don't offer refunds, but we gladly exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Email us at info@arcabox.ca with your order number. Full details are in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Unworn earrings in their original sealed packaging can be exchanged. Earrings that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging can't be exchanged, for hygiene reasons.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other major credit cards, plus Shop Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Yes, enter your gift card code at checkout. Gift cards can't be refunded or redeemed for cash.
