Orders and pricing

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise shown, and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will reverse the charge.
  • Product colours and details may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings and the handmade or natural nature of some items.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Exchanges, shipping and gift cards

Exchanges are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy. ARCABOX does not offer refunds. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
