ARCABOX ships to Canada and the United States, with free shipping on qualifying orders.

Orders below these amounts are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout, based on destination and package weight. The order total for free shipping is calculated after discounts and before taxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather or customs are outside our control.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by customs or the carrier. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. ARCABOX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer pays the cost of reshipping.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at info@arcabox.ca and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
